street noise strange noises
the location was acceptable for the saint germaine area.
the room felt smaller than expected, which affected my stay. the street noise was noticeable, even at night. furthermore, the air conditioning made strange noises.

i found the staff to be lovely. a very nice breakfast with great coffee were served. the location is a perfect asset.
i noticed the absence of shutters. the window was also a bit old, and thus the room was noisy. the shower door was impossible to maneuver properly.

helpful staff really good assistance great location nearby restaurants
The staff was helpful. Thomas at the front desk offered really good assistance. The location is close to the Louvre and Musée d'Orsay. I found many shops and restaurants nearby.
The shower door was difficult to maneuver. This presented a minor inconvenience . Otherwise, everything was satisfactory

Front desk staff provided really good service. Nicoletta and Olivier booked tickets and taxis. They offered useful advice. Sylvie greeted guests with a smile each morning, ensuring breakfast was special.
